Asian Boxing Confederation (ASBC) appreciated the confrontation of the 22-year-old Kazakh boxer Dias Molzhigitova and a 19-year-old Uzbek Javohira Ummatalieva in the final Asian Championship 2024 in Chiang Mai (Thailand)reports Sports.kz.
“Kazakhstani Diaz Molzhigitov and two-time Asian Youth Champion Javokhir Ummataliev are both next generation boxers in the middleweight (75 kg) division. The 19-year-old Uzbek started the first round with a strong jab and outclassed his Kazakh opponent in almost every exchange. Ummataliev had better rhythm in the second round and he proved his superior skills in this final, which he won with relative ease.
