New taxes for individual entrepreneurs – Rada reconsidered the introduction of changes – UNIAN
Tax increases for individual entrepreneurs will be effective from January 1, 2025.
The Verkhovna Rada adopted as a whole bill No. 9319 on amendments to the Tax Code and some other legislative acts regarding stimulating the development of the digital economy in Ukraine.
As people's deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported, 268 people's deputies voted for the corresponding decision.
It is noted that it was in this document that there was an amendment, according to which it is assumed that the introduction of a military tax for individual entrepreneurs (PE) will come into force on January 1, 2025, and not “retroactively” from October, as was provided for by the tax bill 11416d.
