This was reported by the Department of Culture, the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration), in response to an information request from UNIAN.
“Based on the results of the review, within the scope of our competence, we inform you that, given the current situation, the issue of installing the Main New Year tree will be decided at the end of November, taking into account all existing circumstances,” the response says.
