The City Defense Council recommended that all business entities in the capital refrain from mass events in open locations during the New Year and Christmas holidays.
In Kyiv this year, Christmas and New Year's holidays will be held without mass gatherings and events, fairs and entertainment, in compliance with safety requirements and a regime for limiting the use of electricity.
