North Korea – China's reaction to sending troops – UNIAN
China is concerned about the growing ties between the Russian Federation and North Korea, and Beijing is experiencing increasing discomfort because of this.
As The Guardian reports, Deputy Secretary of State of the United States of America Kurt Campbell stated this at a seminar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. According to him, the issue of interaction between countries is becoming an increasingly uncomfortable topic for Chinese interlocutors:
“In some discussions, it appears that we are informing them about things that they were not aware of. They are concerned that Russian encouragement could encourage North Korea to take actions that would not be in China's interests.”
