North Korea could transfer Pukguksong-2 ballistic missiles to Russia

North Korea could transfer to Russia another type of medium-range ballistic missile – Pukguksong-2 or “Polar Star”, in the American classification known as KN-15.

Defense Express writes about this with reference to a video that appeared on the Internet, depicting another train of weapons and military equipment from the DPRK, which was allegedly filmed in the Tyumen region.
