North Korea sends new units to Russia
A State Department spokesman noted that this is possible.
The United States does not rule out the possibility of transferring new units from North Korea to Russia. This was stated by US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller, Ukrinform reports.
At the same time, the State Department does not yet have confirmed information about this.
“I have no new reports of additional troops being transferred from North Korea to Russia,” Miller said, while noting that “we continue to assess that this is possible.”
He also noted that the United States can confirm the deployment of North Korean soldiers on the front line and their first losses.
“We saw them suffer casualties, both killed and wounded in combat,” a State Department spokesman said.
