The DPRK is developing the Ryonson machine-building complex to expand the production of KN-23 ballistic missiles. This is necessary both for own needs and for the supply of the Russian Federation.

According to the NSDC, the construction of an additional assembly building, a new residential facility, as well as the arrangement of entrances to some underground facilities is fixed at the site of the “Factory on February 11” complex. The new building significantly exceeds the size of the previous building. New construction at the nearby Vinalon 8 February rocket fuel production complex was also recorded.
