North Korean soldiers have access to the Internet for the first time

The Center for Combating Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine commented on information from the British Financial Times journalist Gideon Rahman regarding obtaining free access to the Internet and the interest in porn sites of North Korean soldiers in the Russian Federation.
This was discussed in a post by Andrii Kovalenko, head of the National Security Service of Ukraine.
“I believe that representatives of the Financial Times should not try to hype the DPRK and talk about the “Internet and pornography” to which the North Koreans gained access. This is not funny at all,” wrote Andriy Kovalenko.
