The Pukguksong-2 (KN-15) ballistic missiles, which North Korea allegedly transferred to the Russian Federation, are too redundant for attacks on Ukraine. There is a possibility that North Korea sent other weapons instead, Defense Express reports.
The publication recalled that on one of the trains with military equipment from the DPRK, four installations were noticed, which were initially identified as Pukguksong-2 medium-range ballistic missile launchers. However, there was speculation that it was a different weapon.
It is noted that the weight of the warhead remains unknown. There is potentially an option in which these missiles could be equipped with a more powerful warhead by reducing the range.
