Not only the TCC: who else can serve summonses


Any man aged 18-60 can receive a summons.

Summons to TCC (territorial recruitment centers) Ukrainian men can be handed over not only by representatives of the Military Commissariat.

People's deputy of Ukraine Yuliya Yatsyk reported about this on Kyiv 24.

She explained that according to the law, this can be done by local self-government bodies, representatives of enterprises, institutions, and organizations.

At the same time, Yatsyk emphasized that the TCC employs people with military education. They also have to go to the front.

“During forced mobilization, poor sections of the population, who simply cannot pay for themselves, enter the army,” she said.
