Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has threatened to use “all means of destruction” if Ukraine gets nuclear weapons. He stated this at a meeting of the alliance of countries of the former Soviet Union on security issues in Astana (the capital of Kazakhstan), Sky News reports.
According to the Russian President, his country “will not allow this.”
