Odesa Odesa has been declared a level 1 danger due to worsening weather conditions.
Dense fog is expected in the Odesa region on November 27, which made it necessary to declare an increased level of danger.
This was reported in the Hydrometeorological Center of the Black and Azov Seas.
According to forecasters, visibility in the region may decrease to 200-500 meters at night and in the morning. Because of these weather conditions, a yellow level of danger has been declared, which corresponds to the 1st level.
