Poberezhnyuk is preparing a report of suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 426 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – inaction of military authorities committed under martial law.
On the evening of Saturday, December 28, employees of the State Bureau of Investigation conducted investigative actions with the commander of the scandalous 211th pontoon-bridge brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Oleg Poberezhnyuk, writes Ukrayinska Pravda, citing a source in law enforcement agencies.
It is noted that a search was conducted at the place of residence of the brigade commander of the 211th brigade. According to the investigation, in the period from February to July 2024, Poberezhnyuk, knowing reliably about the facts of torture and other inhumane treatment by a subordinate officer (Vladislav Pastukh – UNIAN) to the military personnel, but did not react in any way.
