In addition, the expert emphasized, everything depends on whether the aggressor Russia will continue to attack Ukrainian energy.

“The situation will be difficult, but I don't think it will be critical. Russia will not achieve its goals. The Ukrainian energy system will maintain its integrity. Although, most likely, we will resume blackout schedules in January. Their duration may be considerable. Everything will depend on weather conditions and possible new attacks,” says Omelchenko.
