From December 28 to 29, seniors will receive one-time financial assistance, which will be transferred to their bank accounts. Pension expert Anastasia Kireeva noted that this material support is associated with important milestones in the lives of pensioners.

This benefit is intended to support pensioners who, due to their age, require additional assistance, especially in connection with anniversaries. Starting from the age of 80, the insurance pension increases and the fixed payment doubles, amounting to approximately 8,100 rubles.

In a number of regions of the country, special one-time payments are also provided on the occasion of anniversaries. For example, pensioners of the Leningrad region and St. Petersburg receive 15 thousand rubles upon reaching 90 years of age, 20 thousand – if they are 95 years old, and 25 thousand rubles for a centenary holiday….
