On Monday, November 18, there will be a spot loss of light in Kirov

There will be a planned power outage on Monday, November 18th.

According to information from Gorelektroset JSC, residents of Kirov may face a temporary power outage. Some areas of the city will have scheduled shutdowns from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This work is necessary to carry out equipment repairs, as well as to perform operational work and overhauls.
