Russians celebrate the Day of the Unknown Soldier. The participation of top officials of the city and region in the ceremonies was reported at the Kirov City Hall.
On Tuesday, December 3, Kirov residents laid flowers at the Eternal Flame on the Green embankment. Governor Alexander Sokolov, city mayor Elena Kovaleva and head of the city administration Vyacheslav Simakov took part in the ceremony. Together with them, other officials and veterans honored the memory of the soldiers.
