Ukrainians must decide for themselves whether to continue fighting in the war with Russia. As an UNIAN correspondent reports, Viktor Orban, Prime Minister of Hungary, which chairs the European Council, said this at a press conference following an informal meeting of the heads of state and government of the EU member states.
