The incident happened in one of the villages in the Lubusk Voivodeship of Poland. There, a 3.5-year-old girl was hospitalized in critical condition. Doctors established that it was due to malnutrition. The child at his age weighed only 8 kilograms against the norm of 18 kilograms.
