Last week, Europe was rocked by the sensation of the presidential elections in Romania.
After the sensational first round of the presidential elections in Romania, parliamentary elections took place. According to exit polls, the ruling Social Democratic Party (SDP) is in the lead, Radio Liberty reports.
Thus, an exit poll conducted by the CURS agency gives the SDP 26% of the votes. The far-right Alliance for Romanian Unity gains 19%. The Liberal Party (coalition partner of the SDP) received 15%. The center-right Save Romania Union gains the same number.
