In Ukraine, they will continue to increase the amount of length of service required for retirement. This forecast was shared by senior researcher at the Institute of Demography and Social Research Lydia Tkachenko.
She spoke about this on air on the Kiev24 TV channel. According to the specialist, in the future it will be increasingly difficult for Ukrainians who have reached 60 years of age to retire.
“The insurance experience criterion will actually increase even further. That is, for people who reach 60 years of age in 2025, 2026 and 2027, it will be even more difficult for them to comply with the rules, because our experience criterion will increase to 35 years,” Tkachenko explained .
