The incident with the Azerbaijani plane in Grozny showed that a completely untrained crew was allowed to control air defense systems and was not even able to correctly identify the target. Aviation expert Bohdan Dolintse spoke about this in an interview with Ukrainian Radio.
He emphasized that the Russians prohibited the Azerbaijani plane from landing not only in Grozny, but also in a number of other Russian airports.
