Plane crash in South Korea
The victims were diagnosed with injuries and fractures.
Two flight attendants, a 33-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, survived the plane crash that occurred on December 29 at Muan Airport in South Korea. It is known that 179 people died as a result of the disaster, writes Yonhap news agency.
The 33-year-old flight attendant, surnamed Lee, was admitted to a hospital in the nearby city of Mokpo and was later transferred to the capital's Ewha Women's University Hospital.
“When I woke up, I was already saved,” he told the doctors.
Hospital director Joo Wung emphasized that he did not ask the patient about the details of the accident, because he believes that this will not help his recovery.
“He is fully capable of communicating. So far there are no signs of memory loss or anything like that,” the doctor emphasized.
