Police ask citizens to help catch a criminal in Kirov on November 28

In Kirov, law enforcement agencies are looking for a city resident who may be involved in two crimes. The details were shared by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kirov region.

Alexander Vasilievich Malakhov has been put on the wanted list. A man born in 1980 (44 years old) is accused of two crimes: robbery and theft. In both cases there are aggravating circumstances.

The police report that the attacker is a native of Kirov. He looks to be about 40-45 years old. His height is 165-170 centimeters. He has a thin build and short dark hair.
