Paintings by mostly Russian artists from the private collection of the fifth president, Petro Poroshenko, are still on display at the National Center of Folk Culture, the Ivan Gonchar Museum. Commentaries write about this.

Let us remind you that the private collection includes 43 paintings. The vast majority are works by Russian masters: Aivazovsky, Repin, Vereshchagin and others. As previously reported by the media, the paintings were bought by Vernon Holdings with Poroshenko’s funds starting in 2004.
