The current US President Joe Biden finally dared to allow Ukraine to strike with long-range American weapons deep into the territory of the Russian Federation, probably for two reasons.
This was stated by Ukrainian journalist Vitaly Portnikov in an interview with Radio Svoboda.
“Maybe it was response to North Korean troops. Perhaps there was an idea to create Ukraine stronger positions in negotiations from the Russian Federation during the presidency of Donald Trump.
