The telegram channel “Amateur Meteorology in Kirov” gave a possible forecast for the second week of November. Warming may come to the Kirov region over the weekend: in some southwestern regions the temperature may rise to +5 degrees. Precipitation is also forecast, which may include rain and sleet. In the central part of the region the temperature will reach +3 degrees.
In addition, according to the forecast for November 5 and 6 in the Kirov region, the temperature may drop from -5…-10 degrees. It may even drop to -15 degrees.
