Potatoes have become cheaper in Ukraine: how much is a vegetable

A decrease in potato prices is observed in Ukraine. Last week, sellers managed to keep selling prices for this vegetable at a fairly high level, but trade activity gradually decreased.

This was reported by the analysts of the EastFruit project.

Producers have come to the conclusion that at a high price level, it will be extremely difficult to sell potatoes, especially potatoes that are not suitable for further storage, before the onset of frost.

“As a result, by the middle of the current week, most of them began to synchronously reduce selling prices, trying to revive wholesalers' interest in their products,” the analysts explained.
