Power outage – expert explained when the power situation will improve – UNIAN
Cancellation of hourly shutdown schedules is possible after two weeks.
Next week, the situation with power outages in Ukraine will improve and the duration of outages will be reduced to 4-8 hours a day. Gennady Ryabtsev, chief researcher at the National Institute for Strategic Studies, reported this in a commentary to UNIAN.
“Over the next few days, due to significant damage, we can expect a lack of electrical energy for most household consumers from 10 to 12 hours a day. Then the situation will most likely improve and the duration of the outage will be reduced to 4-8 hours a day. That is, the first week will be 10-12 hours, and next week 4-8 hours of outages per day are expected,” Ryabtsev said.
