Today, November 21, the scope of consumption restriction measures has changed. This applies to most areas.

In the future, they will be applied as follows:
- 14:00 – 19:00 – three rounds of shutdowns
- 19:00 – 22:00 – one round of shutdowns
“Attention! The time of application and the amount of restrictions may change during the day,” Ukrenergo said.

“Please, when the lights come back on schedule, consume electricity sparingly,” they once again asked Ukrainians.
Earlier, Kyiv and the region updated the blackout schedules for November 21. According to the instructions of Ukrenergo, +1 queue of blackouts was added until 11:00.
