As of 8:45 a.m., emergency power outages in Kyiv have been canceled. Energy companies switch to hourly outages.

Earlier, the department noted that the current situation in the power system allows for cancellation of disconnections for household consumers. But you need to be prepared that everything can change and the city will return to scheduled power outages.
On Thursday, November 21, at the command of NEC “Ukrenergo”, emergency power outages were applied in several regions. In particular, we are talking about Zhytomyr, Sumy, Chernihiv and Mykolaiv regions. Emergency shutdowns are also applied in Kyiv Oblast, Odesa Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and Donetsk Oblast.
