Press release More than 12 thousand debtors in the Kirov region received notifications about the upcoming power outage

The Kirov branch of EnergosbyT Plus sent notifications about the introduction of electricity restrictions to 12,326 residents of the Kirov region. They have accumulated debts for consumed utilities in the amount of more than two monthly payments. Debtors have 20 days to repay them.

In the absence of payment, in accordance with paragraph 119 of the Rules for the provision of utility services, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2011 No. 354 and Article 546 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, EnergosbyT Plus has the right to suspend or limit the supply of utility services. Thus, for 11 months of 2024, the Kirov branch limited the supply of electricity to more than 9 thousand debtor clients.
