Prices began to fall on the secondary real estate market in Kirov on November 7

In 30 cities out of 70 studied, a drop in prices for apartments on the secondary market was recorded. This conclusion is contained in the material published on the portal mirkvartir.ru.
Experts compared the main indicators (average price per square meter and average price of a lot) on the secondary market in September and October. It turned out that on average across the country the cost of new apartments stopped growing and remained at the same level. The same situation is observed with respect to the average cost per square meter.
As for Kirov, the city became one of 30 where prices plummeted in mid-autumn. The price per square meter in a non-new building dropped by 0.4 percent over the month to 97.3 thousand rubles. At the same time, the cost of an average apartment on the secondary market fell by exactly 1 percent and amounted to 4.9 million rubles.
