Prices for eggs – what is behind the price cut for a popular product – UNIAN

Ukrainians couldn’t come to terms with the increase in prices for vegetables and borscht, as they saw a new “surprise” – the rise in price of chicken eggs. UNIAN has explained why such dynamics are connected, and what to expect from prices in the coming month.

In recent months, we have seen evidence of a rapid increase in prices for the main ingredients of the borscht set – potatoes, cabbage and carrots. The prices for fruits, sunscreen, and apples are crazy. On this basis, chicken eggs demonstrated the same level of stability. Let’s face it, it was like that at the spring and on the cob of harvest.

The healthy weather of spring has begun as a typical trend, however, in response to this factor, the bitter dynamics of the winter have generated a lot.
