According to analysts, in November the average price per square meter on the secondary market in Kirov remained virtually unchanged: by winter it began to cost exactly 98 thousand rubles. This is 5.7 percent more than a year earlier. In turn, the average cost of an apartment increased by 3.8 percent to 5.1 million rubles per lot, which is 4 percent more than in December 2023.
In November, the active season began on the market, because many buyers are in a hurry to close transactions before the end of the year, and the cost of a square meter began to rise again.
