Pro-Russian oligarchs who fled from Ukraine are trying to create a parallel Ukrainian community mainly of Russian-speaking Ukrainians in Europe, particularly in Germany, with the help of the Russian Federation, which will be loyal to Moscow.
The head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church (UGCC) Svyatoslav told about this in an interview with “RBK-Ukraine”.
