Prosecutors of the Dnipropetrovsk region defended the life imprisonment of a pedophile: details — Ukraine
Now the sentence has entered into legal force.
In January 2024, a man raped an 11-year-old girl on one of the streets of Dnipro near the thermal line. After that, he stabbed her at least 19 times in the body, from which she died on the spot.
This was reported in the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor's office.
In July, he was sentenced to life imprisonment. He pleaded not guilty in court. At that time, the period for appealing the verdict was also running.
Juvenile prosecutors of the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor's office defended in the appeals court the life imprisonment of a man for the intentional murder and rape of a minor child.
We will remind, in Transcarpathia, a 16-year-old resident of the Mukachevo district, who is reasonably accused of raping a 62-year-old woman, will appear before the court.
