Pumpkin cream soup – a recipe that does not require cream and a lot of time – UNIAN
Pumpkin dishes are great for warming up on cold evenings. In addition, they are very nutritious.
Diana from Best Recipe Box shared an easy pumpkin soup recipe that only requires two ingredients. According to her, it is “extremely simple.” If desired, you can add herbs, cream or pumpkin seeds to taste.
To prepare you will need:
- one medium pumpkin;
- 950 ml chicken or vegetable broth.
Peel and core the squash, then cut it into 1-inch cubes. Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat and saute the squash in olive oil. Wait 5 minutes and pour in the broth.
Cook the squash for 20 minutes or until it is tender. Beat the soup with a blender and season with spices to taste.
