Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz intend to have their first telephone conversation in two years on Friday, November 15.

The publication notes that the conversation will take place at a critical moment for Ukraine – on the eve of the third military winter, when a significant part of Ukraine's energy infrastructure is damaged or destroyed by Russian strikes.
