The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, recorded an appeal to strike Ukraine with a new ballistic missile from the office, which in terms of interior is identical to the one from which he announced the start of a full-scale war in February 2022.
The author of the “VChK-OGPU” Telegram channel drew attention to this by publishing the relevant photos.
