The president of the aggressor state, Vladimir Putin, once again stated that Russia is ready for peace negotiations with Ukraine, called the condition for “good neighborliness” and spoke of “new borders”.
These statements were made by the owner of the Kremlin during his speech at a meeting of the Valdai discussion club.
According to the Kremlin dictator, Russia is ready for peace negotiations, but not on the basis of “dreams” of Kyiv, but on the basis of “Istanbul” and “today's realities”. In this way, Putin once again offered the Ukrainians to agree to surrender.
