Russian dictator Putin appears to have instructed Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico to “open a second energy front against Ukraine at the expense of the interests of the people of Slovakia.”
This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in Telegram.
“Fizo's threats to cut Ukraine's emergency supply of electricity in the winter in the context of Russian attacks on our power plants and distribution network can only mean this,” the head of state said.
