The Western world has still not figured out how to deal with Russia, which violates all the rules of coexistence in the world, while possessing nuclear weapons. International news columnist Simon Tisdall talks about this in an opinion piece for The Guardian.
Commenting on the Kremlin's latest actions, in particular the adoption of a new nuclear doctrine and a demonstrative intercontinental missile strike on the Dnieper, the journalist notes that “Putin is evil, but he is not completely crazy.” That is why, according to Tisdall, Russia will not use nuclear weapons, but will continue to resort to terror of the civilian population of Ukraine and hybrid attacks against the West.
