Ukraine is capable of solving the problem of personnel shortages. Retired lieutenant general, ex-deputy chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Romanenko said this on Radio NV.
“The law on mobilization did not work so much to solve this problem. But enough to figure out what the majority was taking into account. And therefore, the authorities have an age distribution according to the resources that they have. And therefore the question is not discussed – youth, what age, but to solve this issue. There is a possibility to solve this without lowering the age – this must be done. If this fails, then an appropriate, responsible decision must be made at a strategic level…
