Venislavsky explained why we need to be careful about the word “reform”, because there is no point in talking about comprehensive reform until the end of the war.
The reform of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC and SP), which is now being discussed, may take several months.
Fyodor Venislavsky, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, said this on Radio NV. “This issue will need to be resolved, but not in the short term – a transition to a recruiting system for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the security and defense sector,” he said.
