Reservation from mobilization – who will lose deferment in Ukraine – UNIAN
No more than 50% of military personnel of critical enterprises will be subject to reservation, but there will be exceptions.
As of December 1, the procedure for booking those liable for military service will change in Ukraine. After this, some categories of citizens will lose their deferment from mobilization.
Roman Likhachev, a military lawyer and lawyer at the Veterans Support Center, told NV what changes Ukrainians can expect.
The lawyer stated that the amended procedure for reserving military personnel provides for a process for canceling deferments.
