Reservation of the employed: who can be mobilized under the new order

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1332 of December 1 in Ukraine, the rules for booking men from mobilization by enterprises are updated.

In particular, new rules for determining the criticality of an enterprise will come into effect. Because of this, most reserved workers can lose their “reservation” and be mobilized.
