Road accident in Chernihiv region: a woman died under the wheels of a Gazelle
Another woman was hospitalized.
A fatal incident occurred in Chernihiv Oblast road accident in the Prylutsky district – a woman died.
This was reported to the regional police.
The law enforcement officers established that the driver of the “GAZ” car was moving along Nezalezhnosti Street in the village of Sribne and ran over two female pedestrians.
As a result of a road accident, a local resident born in 1954. died at the scene, the second woman was born in 1957 hospitalized with injuries.
The vehicle was recovered, the driver was sober at the wheel.
Based on this fact, the police investigator is investigating criminal proceedings under part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of road safety rules that caused the death of the victim).
