Rocket attack on November 17: Emergency blackouts are introduced in Ukraine

In Ukraine, due to the massive attack that Russia launched today in Ukraine, emergency blackouts are being implemented.

“Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast, Donetsk Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: on the instructions of Ukrenergo, emergency power outages are applied,” the message reads.
At the same time, KMVA noted that due to the threat of a missile strike, schedules of emergency power outages may be introduced in Kyiv. This is a preventive measure.
We will remind, that night after 3:00 a.m., the Russians launched 17 Tu-95 strategic bombers into the air. Currently, an air alert has been declared in Ukraine. Poland raised combat aviation.
